Several national, high-profile conservatives flocked to the Show-Me-State to endorse the Navy SEAL.

On Saturday, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former NYPD commissioner Bernie Kerik, and Veterans for Trump 2020 Co-Chair Jessie Jane Duff joined former Missouri Governor and US Navy SEAL Eric Greitens for a campaign rally in rural Franklin County.

As the Associated Press reported, “several national, high-profile conservatives” turned out to hundreds of fervent supporters of Greitens.

The Gateway Pundit reported that “Greitens was exceptional and reminded the crowd that he was the only Missouri politician to visit the Arizona Audit in Phoenix last month. The crowd cheered the news. This was an exceptional event for the pro-Trump Missouri candidate. Greitens will be hard to stop in the Missouri race.”

Debbie Neuner, of Villa Ridge said although she is currently undecided, she sees Greitens as the clear front-runner in the race.

Chris Null, of Jefferson County said he didn’t know the other candidates running.

“Who are the other candidates? I don’t know them,” Null said, adding that he will only vote for a candidate who he feels mostly aligns with former President Trump’s political priorities related to the economy. On Saturday, he said he felt like that candidate was Greitens.

Some voters, like Gale Griffith-Frolos, who drove with two friends from northeast Missouri to be at the rally, said their support of Greitens was solidified by his words on Saturday.

“He is fighting for us, so this morning, I woke up and decided that I should be here to support him. ... His fight is for the American dream,” Griffith-Frolos, a former bank executive, said. “He is fighting for the American dream for all of us and our children.”

Griffith-Frolos told reporters that “when Greitens ran for statewide office, he told us what he was going to do, and then he went and did it once he was elected.”

Polling from President Trump’s pollster show Greitens leading the Republican field by over 40 percentage points.
